What We Do
We work with our clients to evaluate, plan, and execute customized Transition Plans aimed at achieving the client's objectives. The process consists of helping the client identify short-term and/or long-term objectives, assessing the current situation, developing a Transition Plan, executing the Plan, and reiterating/revising as necessary. Some clients require assistance in only one or two steps. We focus on the value, risks, costs, and management issues from an operations, people, and process perspective. LINK will assume full accountability for achieving desired outcomes when it makes sense for the client.
