Mr. THOMAS P. FARRELL has forty years of domestic and international experience in the power generation and government defense programs including senior management positions in both nuclear and fossil plant and component manufacturing, production control, construction, start-up, and operations of power generation facilities using multiple technologies and fuels. Technologies/fuels included large municipal refuse to electricity, wood-fired fluid bed boilers, gas/oil fired cogeneration tied to desalination, and even breeder reactors.

  • Facility Manager and Senior Project Manager: United Energy Services Corporation, 1990-1993
  • Increasing Senior Management Positions at Babcock and Wilcox (design, sales, project management, general manager of major facility construction sites in three different countries),  1955-1990
